How long have you been trading?
For 20 years now, it’s been a long time!
How did you get into trading?
It’s a passion, I was keen on the stock market first.
What’s your favorite thing about trading?
I love it when I get the right answer! We’re all working hard for money, but the really great thing is when you see an opportunity, you take it and it pays off – it gives you great satisfaction, a bit like when your favorite football team wins. But the market is always there, reminding you that he is the master...
How do you manage your trading psychology?
It takes years of practice – in the beginning you’re young and full of hope, but with time and practice you understand that you can’t win against the market, that you have to take a step back and try to separate the losses that you’ve suffered.
Do you have a specific strategy you'd like to share?
I’ve learned that simplest is best – people use too many tools to get the answers and the magic formula, when what really opens all the doors is just looking at the volume and price exchange, and understanding how the markets work.
What’s the best piece of trading advice you’ve ever received?
Risk management; respect it and try to stick to it.
Why do you work with Leeloo?
They’re human beings! It’s a family-run business, and they understand trading and all that goes with it.
What have you enjoyed the most about being in the Leeloo community?
I like the simple rules and the transparency.
